Anne is the Managing Partner & Owner of Yellow Change.
Anne is specialized in stimulating change in individuals, teams, and organizations. She facilitates their growth journey, from personal leadership to organizational development, by helping them to discover their true self and unveil what is needed to be the best they can be. A Master in Business Engineering, she has built 20 years of corporate experience in blue chip companies such as Unilever and Sanoma.
At Yellow Change, she has worked on national and international projects.
Clients appreciate her active listening-skills, her role as a critical sounding board & critical observer, her enthusiasm, pragmatism and hands-on mentality.
In her spare time, Anne loves spending time as a long-distance running yogini (marathon), supporting her three hockey-sons and discovering new cultures with the family.
Depending on the type & size of the project, Anne partners with many highly skilled experts, in Belgium and abroad, to maximize the outcome for the client.
